Ever since I was a child, I was passionate and have been working as a volunteer in social work settings with various non-governmental organizations. I have always been amazed by the transformation’s we humans go through in varied walks of our personal, professional and socio-economical life. while interacting with the different age group of people I learnt that how all facets of our lives are closely interlinked and in order to make right and effective decisions two major factors play a key role 1. How self-aware are we? 2. Do we make decisions on logic and reality or perception of reality. 

In today highly competitive and dynamic world Career is one of the most indispensable and vital parts of our lives and hence while making a career choice and decisions one has to make it in the light of self-awareness and many other essential factors. Career choices when made in misalignment with career goals, skills, career interest may pose a risk to influence individuals in an unfavourable way as compared to their career expectations or may slow down the pace of career growth and development. My aim is to empower students and professionals with the right knowledge so that they can make confident and planned career choices.
